The Council’s Strategic Commissioning and Market Management team has a range of exciting new roles, providing an opportunity for you to help others live great lives.
The team works in a strength-based way to design and improve the services people receive across west Cheshire, covering Adult Social Care, Children and Families and Public Health.
Strategic Commissioning and Market Management staff are involved in services from start to finish by:
understanding need and demand
working with people who use services and their families
creatively designing services based on what people want
forming positive relationships with the market and providers
making sure people get the right services at the right cost
monitoring how effective and safe services are
working with providers to continuously improve.
